Nicola was a Dental Nurse for 12 years before making the decision to train as a Hygiene Therapist.
She studied at Manchester Dental school and gained her degree in 2012. Since then Nicola has worked in and around Leeds in both private and NHS practices. For many years she worked alongside a paediatric specialist so has gained great experience working with anxious and complex patients. Nicola prides herself on making nervous patients feel at ease and relaxed during treatments. She enjoys educating and improving patients’ oral hygiene and finds it very rewarding seeing the improvements patients can make at home with simple adjustments to their oral health routine.
In her spare time, Nicola enjoys spending time with her family. She has a son that keeps her busy most of the time! Cooking is among her interests as well as long walks and sunny holidays!
